Oh, Malcolm. He loves to play in the bathroom garbage (including attacking discarded pads, etc.), and now we find that he enjoys chasing the drops as the sprinkler moves back and forth – then he rolls in the dirt. This is the result:

And here is Juno making herself comfy in a cloth grocery bag.
She is no longer an outdoor kitteh, BTW. It was just way too stressful for me. She’s not terribly happy, but that’s too bad.

Och, they’re wonderful.
And donut wury about the transition from outdoor to indoor. I did that with five a few years ago, two of them ferals, and they accepted the change very quickly. I also did it for my own mental health first of all, but I think it was good for them too.
Look at that face! It says mommy, take me shopping!
My cat eats the ends off Q-tips out of the bathroom garbage, which is marginally better than pads, I guess.
You know, I seldom see Juno doing much else than making herself comfortable.
On the other hand, you can hold onto the more explicit photos like sandbox duty.
Does Malcolm belong to you too?
skdadl: yes, it’s just going to take time, but man is she annoying in the meantime!
Barbara: I had a couple of cats that LOVED Q-tips, too. I don’t get it! And attacking pads is just gross!
Charlie: Malcolm is my roommate’s cat.
My cats go for the pads too and I don’t use them..WTF? They should make catnip q-tips for them. He can hear me open the box from across the street.
Cal: *snicker* I used to have a cat that would just get a Q-tip out of the garbage and just meow at it for a while. Weird.
Maybe they like the smell of blood? EWWWW!
